drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements in the field of sport: employment contracts, agency and player representation agreements, transfer and player loan agreements, media rights, sponsorship and endorsement agreements;

representation of individuals and clubs or federations in disciplinary procedures before disciplinary bodies of national and international federations and other institutions (UEFA, FIFA, FIBA, LKF, LFF etc.);

defence of individuals, clubs and federations accused or charged with integrity and match-fixing allegations;

defence of individuals, clubs and federations accused or charged with breaches of the WADA Code or applicable anti-doping regulations of league or federation;

representation of individuals, clubs and federations in contractual disputes before national courts, dispute resolution bodies of sports federations (FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber, FIFA Player Status Committee) or arbitral tribunals (Basketball Arbitral Tribunal – BAT);

full representation of individuals, clubs and federations before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland;

enforcement of decisions of sports federations, arbitral tribunals before national and international sports federations;

representation of sports organizations before competent state or municipality institutions and courts in matters related to public financing of sport.
